British teacher Jeremy Forrest, who was held in France after he fled there with British school girl Megan Stammers, boarded a plane on Wednesday to fly back to the United Kingdom. Forrest was placed in French police custody on suspicion of child abduction after he was stopped on a street in the southern French city of Bordeaux with the 15 year old girl who was his pupil. French judges ruled last week that Forrest could be extradited after he said he was willing to return to the United Kingdom as soon as possible. Forrest was seen on Wednesday boarding an Easy Jet flight.
