David Beckham In Paris, Poised To Sign With PSG

British football star David Beckham was greeted by mobs of screaming photographers in Paris on Thursday, amid rumors the athlete is poised to sign for Ligue 1 club Paris St Germain. The former England captain has been training with Premier League club Arsenal in a an attempt to stay fit. He was spotted leaving the cardiology department of a hospital in Paris early Thursday afternoon. PSG manager Carlo Ancelotti's usual pre-game press conference was cancelled on Thursday and replaced by a news conference. 37-year-old Beckham is a free agent after leaving the LA Galaxy at the end of the Major League Soccer season in December.
