DJIA: Wall Street Ends Up for Third Day after Greek Deal, U.S. banks Reach $25 Billion Mortgage Settlement

Five investment banks accused of abusive mortgage practices have agreed to a 25 billion dollar government settlement that may help roughly one million borrowers.
