DJIA: Wall Street Turns Lower After Dow Crosses 13,000, EU to Ask G20 to Back Increased IMF Funds

Stocks dipped on Tuesday as shares pulled back after the Dow breached 13,000 for the first time since May 2008, the latest big move in stocks' recent rally.
European Union leaders will call at a summit next week for the world's 20 biggest economies to agree in April to substantially boost funds available to the International Monetary Fund.
Hecla Mining Company (NYES:HL) turned to a profit in the fourth-quarter supported by lower costs and higher metals prices. Hecla's shares jumped seven percent in early Tuesday morning trading before trending down slightly.
U.S. engineer URS Corp (URS) will buy Canadian oilfield services company Flint Energy Services (FES.TO) for C$1.25 billion ($1.25 billion, to expand its presence in the oil and gas sector.
