Epic Storytelling Through Fashion Design

Adam Pollina began his career in comic books, at the age of 23 to refresh the characters of X-Men for a younger generation. Pollina then developed character designs for video games, and directed short films. He used his background in art to develop a career in fashion, although he does not like to be called a fashion designer. He describes himself as an epic storyteller.

His work in fashion design pivots around the fantastic story of a centaur named Juun Saarah. The pieces he creates are artifacts from the lives of the characters in Gin Sara's world. It's Pollina's hope that this epic-story-based design will allow wearers  to give more meaning to their attire and, in a small way, live out the fantasy of Juun Saarah.
