Giant Panda Mother Breast Feeds Twin Babies

A giant panda mother breast feeds her twin babies in the Changdu Giant Panda Breeding Base in China. The mother has taken to her feeding duties for a whole month. Breast feeding has helped the twins gain weight and improve their immune system. The babies are feed in turns: After the mother finishes the first one, the breeder will use honey to distract the mother to get the baby out of her hands, than the mother would be given the other baby. The mother will feed her babies four to five times a day. This period is called nursing and lasts for 2-3 months.
