The police investigating the disappearance of a 10-month old Kansas City, Missouri, girl have announced that the parents of the child are no longer cooperating with the investigation. The baby’s parents, Jeremy Irwin and Deborah Bradley responded on the TODAY show this morning to explain the situation. The two, dressed in sweat shirts and jeans, teared up multiple times throughout the 20 min interview. Bradley said that police told her she failed a lie detector test, and said she was involved in the baby’s disappearance. Irwin, the baby’s father, said he had reached his ‘boiling point’ when being questioned by investigators at the police station yesterday. The couple reportedly told police they needed a break and refused to answer any more questions. The parents of baby Lisa Irwin wanted everyone to know that they are still cooperating, still talking to police, and still doing everything they can to find Lisa and bring her home. Lisa Irwin went missing from her crib sometime late Monday night or early Tuesday morning. Police have been combing through wooded areas, an industrial park and sewers hoping to find the missing infant. Bradley and Irwin drafted a list of more than a dozen suspects they believe may have taken the infant, but investigators say they haven’t any suspects and very few solid leads in the case. Bradley admitted today that she took a voluntary lie detector test and the cops said she failed. She said she didn’t know how that was possible because she doesn’t have any idea where her daughter is.
