Oscar Pistorius was granted bail Friday pending the trail for the alleged murder of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp. Prosecutors are arguing that the murder of Steenkamp was premeditated. The defense however will argue that Pistorius shot his girlfriend multiple times as he thought she was an intruder. Chief Magistrate Desmond Nair spoke to the court for 90 minutes before deeming that Pistorius was not a flight risk. The bail was set at $112,000. Pistorius was then returned to his holding cell as his friends and relatives looked relived and embraced each other in tears. Part of the bail conditions require Pistorius to report to a police station twice a week. The case has now divided a nation, and many are left to wonder if their national Olympic hero is really a cold blooded killer. Video Courtesy Of Reuters
