Continuing his weeklong visit to the U.S Prince Harry paid his respect to the Unknown Soldier in Washington by laying a wreath at the tomb. The Prince hopes his visit to the US will raise money and awareness for both the wounded U.S and British soldiers but to also promote his charities.
The large audience looked on as the Prince, third in line for The British Throne paid his respects in a somber ceremony as the national anthem was played. Earlier in the day he went to the cemetery where soldiers from Iraq and Afghanistan were laid to rest. Over the weekend the Prince will be in Colorado for the opening of the Warrior Games.
In addition he will also visit people affected by Hurricane Sandy in New Jersey, before heading back to the UK on May 15th. Video Courtesy Of Reuters
