Top Movers: Corcept Therapeutics Inc. Shares Surge 48%, Threshold Pharmaceuticals Rally 69%, Codexis Drops 19%

Stocks were little changed today as enthusiasm faded over a deal to enable Greece to avoid a March default, while Wal-Mart weighed on the Dow after lower-than-expected results.
Corcept Therapeutics Inc. shares surged 48% after it said on Friday it had received regulatory approval for its treatment for high blood sugar in those with Cushing's Syndrome.
As of 11:45 A.M. eastern, Corcept is up 49 percent to $4.50 per share.
Threshold Pharmaceuticals Inc. shares rallied 69% a day after the release of study results that yielded positive initial findings on its drug for advanced pancreatic cancer.
Threshold Pharmaceuticals is currently up 72 percent to $6.07.
AND Codexis Inc. shares dropped 19% after the enzyme manufacturer announced Friday that its president and CEO had resigned.
Codex is down 17 percent to $3.82 per share.
