A double decker bus had its roof ripped off on Saturday after hitting a railway bridge in Greater Manchester, United Kingdom, injuring six people. Emergency services were called to the scene at around 8:00am.
The bus driver who is 45 was not injured as there were ten passengers travelling on the bus at the time of the accident. He is however now being treated for shock. Firefighters rescued one man who was trapped in the bus after the impact was made. The injured were treated for minor cuts and lacerations to their heads and faces.
