The winter has been rough, white and cold here in the US. But what does the snow storm look like from Space? Wonder no more as NASA has released images captured by satellite.
What was captured was the 3 days of the snow storm as it moved across the country. What you see in the images is the development of clouds, and the way in which the storm moved and strengthened.
You can also see the snow across the Great Lakes region and Ohio Valley to northern England. It seems the pain of winter here in the US can even be seen light years away from space, as the snow continues to fall, as the cold seems relentless.
