The iconic White House, home to President Barack Obama and his family, shifted color gears on Thursday in support of a worthy cause. It was lit pink and basked in the color glow to mark National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
In a statement from the White House we learnt that in this year alone 230,000 women and over 2,000 men will be diagnosed with breast cancer, from which tens of thousands will sadly die from breast cancer.
